The varsity Boys Ran at the Will Simon Alumni invitational, hosted by Pearland Dawson. The Varsity Boys placed 9th overall out of 18 teams. The team was led by senior Joshua Deleon, who ran a XC PR of 10:59 in the 2 mile. The top 5 scoring athletes for Varsity where: Joshua Deleon (24th), Dristin Amos (50th), Emilio Armijo (55th), Trenton Welch (65th), and Ethan Spaulding (66). The boys had a 1-5 average time of 11:31.9 and a 1-5 team split of 0:48.6 seconds. Keep up the stellar work fellas! This is a great start to the season!

The JV boys competed at the Will Sirmon Alumni Invitational. The JV boys had a great race, and took home 4th place out of 18 teams. the team was led by juniors Daniel Hasouris and Nathan Difalco. Their time on jv will be short lived and their call up to Varsity is definitely in their future! The top 5 scorers for the JV team where: Daniel Hasouris (5th), Nathan Difalco (19th) Elijah Lybarger (33rd), Akshay Jha (45th), and Wyland Hofle (96th). Keep up the great work Longhorns!
